Does Callcentric have any recommendations/suggestions about how to best configure the Spam Call Filter feature?
The goal of our Spam Call Filter Feature is to reduce the total amount of unwanted Telemarketer/Robocalls that reach your phone. With that said, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that every caller, who is calling from a number that has a Medium/High Spam Probability Rating, is a Telemarketer/Robocaller.

When you begin using this feature, we recommend that you configure your Spam Filter Call Treatment to route calls (with a Medium/High Spam Probability SRating) to our Voicemail or Telemarketer Block Features rather than outright blocking them (busy signal, error message, etc). Doing so will allow you to attain a better understanding of how specific incoming numbers are rated while still providing an opportunity for trusted/legitimate callers to reach you.
