I have the World Select Residential rate plan, which countries are included in the plan?
The World Select Residential plan provides unlimited calling for one flat monthly rate to the countries and destinations listed here.

Calls to mobile phones in countries that are not specifically marked in this list as included within the rate plan will be charged at Callcentric's international rates.

I have the North America Residential/500/1000 rate plan, which countries are included in the plan?
The North America Residential plan provides unlimited calling for one flat monthly rate to the US and Canada.

With the North America 500 and North America 1000 calls to the US and Canada would also be included in plan. Once you have gone over your paid for minutes, you would be billed at our Pay Per Call rates for your outgoing calls.

Calls to destinations that are not specifically marked in this list will be charged at Callcentric's international rates..

Do any of the rate plans include a real phone number or voice mail?
None of our rate plans come with a real phone number, however a real phone number can easily be purchased.

Voicemail however is free and you can simply add it to your account from our products page.

Does Callcentric restrict calling to any numbers or locations?
Certain numbers will not be available from Callcentric and will result in either an error message or failed call. These numbers are blocked mainly for cost or infrastructure reasons. Below is a list of numbers which will not be available from Callcentric.

There are no changes which can be made to allow for calling to the numbers below.

NOTE: If you are experiencing issues with another number not in the ranges listed below please open a trouble ticket relating to this number so that we may investigate and resolve the problem.

X11 Informational Services, EXCLUDING 911

211, 311, 511, 611, 711, 811

911 WILL work if you have added a paid service and have setup 911 for your account.

555 Special services: US/Canada

North America numbers dialed in the format 1-NPA-555-XXXX, such as 1-212-555-1212, will not work.

Special Services: US/Canada

The numbers below are all special services numbers and will not be available from Callcentric.

Emergency Services: International

International emergency numbers are blocked because currently there is no support for emergency services outside of the US and Canada. We do not have any plans for offering international emergency services at this time.

Toll free numbers beginning with the following prefixes will not be accessible.

00-800-XN
011-800-XN

If you are dialing a North American toll free number please use 1-8XX-XXX-XXXX.

Do my minutes rollover with the North America 500 and North America 1000?
We do not provide rollover minutes for any of the services we provide, incoming or outgoing.

Your unused minutes will not rollover from month to month under the North America 1000 and North America 500.

For example: If at the end of the month you have 100 minutes left under either plan those minutes will not be available for the next month. At the beginning of the new month you will have either 1000 or 500 minutes depending on the product you purchased.

Can I have multiple outbound calling plans on a single Callcentric account?
Currently you are able to order a single outgoing service on your account. If you believe you need more outgoing minutes then you may choose another outgoing service which might suit your needs.

You can however have multiple incoming services on your account. In fact you may add as many as you need.
