How do I enable SMS on my US/Canada Numbers (Non-Toll Free)? |

SMS can be enabled on your US/Canada Numbers either through our website or directly via our iPhone App. Please note that YOU NEED TO HAVE AN ACTIVE SMS ACCESS PLAN ON YOUR ACCOUNT in order to enable SMS on your number(s).
Below is a summary detailing some of the ways you can Enable SMS on your numbers:
Callcentric Website: Click the "Activate SMS" link that is located next to your eligible number(s) on the Dashboard Page, Product Summary Page, or within the SMS Message Center.
Callcentric iPhone App: You can Enable SMS in the app via "Settings -> Numbers Enabled On This Device" or "Messages -> Enable/Disable SMS numbers on this phone"
IMPORTANT: Please note the SMS Enablement Process needs to FULLY COMPLETE before you will be able to send/receive SMS Messages on your number(s). As such, we recommend waiting a full hour from the time you submit your enablement requests prior to attempting to send/receive messages on your number(s). |

Unfortunately, there is NO Android App at this time. It is on our To Do list and hope to have this available at some point in the future. There is no ETA at this time. |

Are there APIs for SMS? |

There are NO APIs for SMS at this time. We also do not have any near term plans to launch an API platform. If we do, Users will be notified via Email. |
