Yes! We provide full-support for porting North America Based Toll-Free Numbers into our service.
If you are interested in porting your Toll-Free number(s), prior to submitting your port request(s) we strongly recommend that you first test our services to make sure they are a good fit for your specific needs. We recommend taking this approach because once a port request is initiated the porting process cannot be cancelled/stopped before completion. |

How long does it take to port a Toll Free number? |

On average it takes about 3-4 business days to complete a Toll-Free port request. Please keep in mind that this is an average which applies in most cases; however this time frame cannot be guaranteed and some ports may complete in more or less time.
While your request is being processed you should not experience any downtime and you will be able to continue using the number as normal.
Our LNP Team will work closely with you throughout the entirety of the porting process in order to make sure that you have the most up to date information on how things are progressing with a goal in mind of making your transfer as smooth as possible. When your port request completes, there may brief period where your number is unreachable (approximately 5 minutes) while we are adding it to your account. |

How much does it cost to port a Toll-Free Number? |

Currently we are running a promotion where we are waiving the porting fees for ALL Toll-Free numbers ported into our service. Our standard porting fee for Toll-Free numbers is $10 per DID ported (non-refundable) and this fee will be re-instated when our current promotion expires. |

Why is there a "Number Unlock Fee" to port-out Vanity Toll-Free Numbers (ordered after 1/24/14) to a third-party provider? |

Since 2012, Callcentric has been providing a 100% FREE Vanity TF Search/Attainment Service to all of its customers. To search and attain Vanity TF Numbers requires manual interaction from Callcentric personel to take, process, and fulfill each order; which creates additional overhead for Callcentric as a company.
This service was originally launched to add value for our customers; however unfortunately we have seen a pattern of "abuse" in which customers come to Callcentric with the sole intent of using our Free Vanity Search/Attainment Service to attain the best numbers possible for "FREE" and then immediately port them to a third-party provider. In these instances both Callcentric and it's customers' lose as these "orders" create overhead financially and also tie-up support agents from addressing other tickets.
As such, unfortunately the "Number Unlock Fee" had to be instituted as a mechanism to prevent "abuse" in order to ensure the best possible customer support experience for our valued customers. |
