Toll Free Number Portability

How long does it take to port a Toll Free number?
On average it takes about 3-4 business days to complete a Toll-Free port request. Please keep in mind that this is an average which applies in most cases; however this time frame cannot be guaranteed and some ports may complete in more or less time.

While your request is being processed you should not experience any downtime and you will be able to continue using the number as normal.

Our LNP Team will work closely with you throughout the entirety of the porting process in order to make sure that you have the most up to date information on how things are progressing with a goal in mind of making your transfer as smooth as possible. When your port request completes, there may brief period where your number is unreachable (approximately 5 minutes) while we are adding it to your account.
