How do I use the Conference Room Feature?
The Conference Room Feature is available for all accounts with our service and is located in the lower left portion of the Dashboard Page in the MyCallcentric Portal. All you need to do is go to the Conference Room Section on the Dashboard Page and click on the "Request Free Conference Number/Pin" button.

Anyone can also use our independent ConferenceNOW apps to create a free conference call instantly with no account necessary. ConferenceNOW apps are available on iPhone and Android.

Is there a limit to the number of participants that can call into a single conference call?
Currently there is no limit to the amount of participants that you can have on a single conference call.

How are calls placed to the Conference Line billed?
Calls placed to the Conference Room Number from your Callcentric Account will be metered/billed in-line with our standard rates based on the outbound calling plan you are subscribed to.

Is there a limit to the amount of time I can spend on a conference call?
The Conference Number you are assigned WILL NOT have any restrictions in terms of how long the call can go on for. However, please note that:

-If you are placing your call from your Callcentric Account, the maximum amount of time that you can stay on the call will be directly correlated with the "Maximum Call Duration" setting on your account. You can update the "Maximum Call Duration" setting on your account via the "Preferences -> General" section of the MyCallcentric Portal.

-If you are placing your call from a third-party carrier, many telecom carriers will automatically drop a call that exceeds 6 to 8 hours.

*You can always just call back in immediately if your call is dropped in these cases.

If I delete the PIN that was assigned to me for use with the Conference Room Feature, can I get it back?
PIN numbers are only issued one-time, on a per request basis. If you delete the PIN that was assigned to you, you will not be able to restore it. You can however generate new Conference Number/PIN combinations whenever needed.

How long is the PIN that I was assigned for the Conference Access Line Feature valid for?
The PIN you are assigned will be valid until you choose to delete it.

Where are the call-in numbers for the Conference Room Feature from?
All of the numbers that are used with our Conference Room Feature are from NY State.
