| How do I use the Conference Room Feature? |

The Conference Room Feature is available for all accounts with our service and is located in the lower left portion of the Dashboard Page in the MyCallcentric Portal. All you need to do is go to the Conference Room Section on the Dashboard Page and click on the "Request Free Conference Number/Pin" button.
Anyone can also use our independent ConferenceNOW apps to create a free conference call instantly with no account necessary. ConferenceNOW apps are available on iPhone and Android. |
