How do I enable SMS on my US/Canada Numbers? |

SMS can be enabled on your US/Canada Numbers either through our website or directly via our iOS/Android App. Please note that YOU NEED TO HAVE AN ACTIVE SMS ACCESS PLAN ON YOUR ACCOUNT in order to enable SMS on your number(s).
Below is a summary detailing some of the ways you can Enable SMS on your numbers:
Callcentric Website: Click the "Activate SMS" link that is located next to your eligible number(s) on the Dashboard Page, Product Summary Page, or within the SMS Message Center.
Callcentric SMS App(iOS/Android): You can Enable SMS on a Phone Number by going to Settings -> SMS Numbers
IMPORTANT: Please note the SMS Enablement Process needs to FULLY COMPLETE before you will be able to send/receive SMS Messages on your number(s). As such, we recommend waiting 1-2 hrs prior to attempting to send/receive messages. |
