Your mobile provider (AT&T) is most likely blocking the incoming calls. Solution 1: Disable AT&T ActiveArmor Call Blocking- Open the AT&T ActiveArmor app on your device.
- Navigate to Calls (or Calls & Texts).
- Select Spam Calls and Fraud Calls and change the action to Allow instead of Block.
Source: AT&T Support Guide Tip: Before turning it off, check the Calls tab or activity log in the AT&T ActiveArmor app to see if the missing incoming calls were automatically blocked or flagged as spam, and mark them as "Allow" or "Not Spam". Solution 2: Use a Softphone App (Recommended)- Create a new extension and connect a softphone app like Bria to answer calls over data/Wi-Fi:
- Create a new call treatment rule to direct incoming calls to that extension.
Note: Bria is a paid third-party app ($0.99/month or $9.99/year), but offers a 14-day free trial. If calls continue to fail, please open a support ticket so our team can review it for you. |
