Troubleshooting

Why are calls to my T-Mobile number failing?

Your mobile provider (T-Mobile) is most likely blocking the incoming calls.

Solution 1: Disable T-Mobile Scam Block

  • By Phone Code: Dial #632# from your T-Mobile phone.
  • Via the Scam Shield App: Open the app and toggle Scam Block to OFF.
  • Via T-Mobile Account: Log in to My T-Mobile (or the T-Mobile app) and turn off Scam Block in your account settings.
Tip: Before turning it off, open the Scam Shield app to see if your missing incoming calls were logged as "Network Rejected", and mark them as "Not Spam" if you find them.

Solution 2: Use a Softphone App (Recommended)

  1. Create a new extension and connect a softphone app like Bria to answer calls over data/Wi-Fi:
  2. Create a new call treatment rule to direct incoming calls to that extension.
Note: Bria is a paid third-party app ($0.99/month or $9.99/year), but offers a 14-day free trial.

If calls continue to fail, please open a support ticket so our team can review it for you.
