What are the associated costs to use Callcentric for SMS? |

In order to use SMS with your US/Canada DIDs, you will need to BOTH order an SMS Access Plan AND submit SMS Enablement Requests for each of the DIDs that you would like to use to send/receive text messages.
Our SMS Access Plans have a monthly recurring charge, however there is no associated cost to enable/disable SMS Functionality on your US/Canada DIDs. ALL inbound/outbound messages are billed in-line with the rates for the SMS Access Plan which was ordered.
Below is a summary of the associated charges for each of our SMS Access Plans:
SMS Basic: $1 Monthly Recurring Fee - Inbound/Outbound Messages metered/billed at 0.01 cent/message
SMS Pro: $2 Monthly Recurring Fee - Inbound/Outbound Messages metered/billed at 0.008 cent/message
*Please note we do not pro-rate the monthly recurring charges for new activations or upgrades/downgrades of our SMS Access Plans
**Short code messages are billed at 0.03 cents/message
