| How can I create a conference call? |

We offer a Conference Room Feature, which is located in the lower left portion of the Dashboard Page of the MyCallcentric Portal.
All you need to do is go to the Conference Room Section on the Dashboard Page and click on the "Request Free Conference Number/Pin" button.
*Please note that calls placed to the Conference Room Number from your Callcentric Account will be metered/billed in-line with our standard rates based on the outbound calling plan you are subscribed to. |
