You can view the Spam Probability Ratings for numbers that have called your account in the Call History/Reports section of the My Callcentric Account Portal.
* The Spam Probability Ratings used for this feature are provided to us via TrueCNAM. As such, unfortunately we (Callcentric) will not be able to provide assistance in regards to the reasoning behind why/how specific numbers are rated. |
