| What is the default extension? |

The default extension, Extension 100, is the very first extension on your account. By default all incoming calls to any numbers on your account will go to the default extension.
The default extension is the same as your 1777 number. You do not need to add 100 to your 1777 number when configuring your UA, as in 1777MYCCID100, since our systems will automatically regcognize 1777MYCCID as the default extension.
The default extension CANNOT be deleted or disabled. |
