| When I lookup a vanity number, how long is it available for? |

Vanity numbers are ordered based on their availability. When you request a vanity number we will first do a search and, if it is available, we will request that the number be reserved for a limited time period of around 45 days . If you do not confirm and place your order with us within 45 days then the reservation will be released. If you wish to purchase a vanity number after we have confirmed it is available please do so within 45 days.
We are not responsible for reservations which are released back into the global toll free database. After 45 days you will need to request another lookup in order to check availability. |
