What STIR/SHAKEN attestation level will my outbound calls have?
Callcentric signs outbound calls using STIR/SHAKEN standards. The attestation level assigned to your call depends on how your Outbound Caller ID number is hosted on your account:

  • Full Attestation (Level A): Applied when your Outbound Caller ID is a number purchased from or ported into your Callcentric account.
  • Partial Attestation (Level B): Applied when your Outbound Caller ID is an external number (a non-Callcentric number whose ownership you have verified with us). Callcentric authenticates the customer originating the call, but does not host the number directly.
