When using the Virbiage Soft Phone (Firefly 3rd party), I do not hear ring tones when calling to a traditional landline or mobile phone. Can this be fixed?
There is currently no known solution for this problem. When calling to a traditional landline or mobile phone you won't hear anything until the number you are calling is answered.
