| How do I change my voice mail PIN? |

You can change your voice mail PIN in either of the following ways:
1. Login to the My Callcentric page and select Change PIN under the Voice mail section of the page. Specifically you may click here
2. Call your mailbox by dialing *123 from your Callcentric phone, or dial your real phone number from any phone - then simply follow the prompts.
