| How do I configure a personal greeting for my voicemail account? |

Please first make sure that you already have and can access your voicemail account by viewing the information here.
Please note that we do not currently support the uploading of files for use as custom greetings.
To record your personal greeting you will need to first set your account to play a personal greeting. To do so, please perform the following:- Please visit the Voicemail Preference page.
- Locate the option "Greeting type" and click on the EDIT button.
- Click on the drop down menu and select PERSONAL.
- Click on the SAVE button to finish.
Once you have completed the above please dial into your voicemailbox and press 4 on your keypad to record your greeting. Once you are done you may exit and callers to your voicemailbox will hear your new greeting. |
