First find the 3CXPhone shortcut, by either clicking the Start button or double clicking on the Desktop shortcut. Once the application is launched you will need to follow the correct steps to add the Callcentric service as a provider. If this is your first time starting the application it will automatically create a new connection profile. Otherwise, click the new button to create a new profile.
Enter Callcentric as the name for the connection:

Enter your username, your 1777 number provided in your signup email information, in the Extension AND in the ID field. Specify your password, this should be the password you created initially unless you have changed it, in the Password field.

Select the "I am out of the office - external IP" option and enter sip.callcentric.net as the value. Also select the "Use Outbound Proxy server" option and enter sip.callcentric.net as the value in this box.
Some users may experience issues with normal voice calls if they have video calling enabled. You may turn off video calls by selecting Advanced settings at the bottom and un-checking "Allow video calls".

Click OK and that's it! You can now make a phone call.
You can make a test call to 17771234567, or if you are signed up for one of Callcentric's rate plans you
can place a call to a traditional landline or mobile phone by dialing either:
1 + the area code and number for calls to the US
Or
011 + the country code, area code, and number for calls worldwide
(you may also use 00 instead of 011).
