Our Conference Room Feature is located in the Dashboard Page of the My Callcentric Portal and is available for ALL customers; regardless of whether you have a FREE or PAID Account. Designed with simplicity in mind, this feature gives you the ability to setup a high-capacity, feature rich conference room with just a single click!
New for 2018, we've added a Moderator Feature that gives the call organizer the ability to both track and mute/unmute participants in real time. Also, to ensure everyone has a chance to participate on the call, muted participants can "raise their hand" via touch tone key prompts to alert the moderator that they would like to speak.
Currently there is no limit to the amount of participants that you can have on a single conference call and the Conference Number/PIN Combination that you generate will remain valid until you choose to delete it.

Both Callcentric customers and non-customers can also use the Conference Now app for iPhone and Android to create a free conference call room, share it, join it, track callers, and mute/un-mute participants.
