Call Treatments allow you to create powerful rules to manage how incoming calls to you are handled. Call Treatments can be used to help you manage your calls in the following ways:
- Forward Calls to another Callcentric number, any telephone in the world, to
Fax Reception, or a SIP URI address
- Use Simultaneous ringing or Call Hunting to forward calls to up to 5 numbers either simultaneously or by hunting
- Force Anonymous calls to voicemail or an error message
- Force calls from a specific person to voicemail or an error message
The ideas listed above are just the basics. Call Treatments can be setup to be very general or very specific using some of the following filters:
- Start Day and time
- End Day and time
- Calls from any caller ID
- Calls from Anonymous / Private caller ID's
- Calls from a specific caller ID
- Calls from either your entire Callcentric phone book or groups within your phone book
- Whether you are on call, or not registered to the Callcentric severs
- And whether the call was to any or a specific number associated with your account.
