Direct Inbound Fax Reception

With Callcentric's FREE Fax Reception feature you can receive faxes on any of your Callcentric DIDs at any time without having to worry about connecting SIP Compatible Hardware or a Traditional Fax Machine to our service.

Flexible - Only receive an occasional fax? Our Fax Reception feature can be enabled/disabled as needed in "real-time". Received faxes are automatically converted to the Adobe PDF format and can be viewed in the MyCallcentric Account Portal and/or e-mailed to you when they are received.

Fax reception can be enabled for as many phone numbers as you like and you can configure our "Fax to E-mail" service on a per DID basis to forward to specific e-mail addresses.

Enhanced Reliability - For customers using our US/Canada DIDs we have the ability to recover and send partially received faxes. Oftentimes these messages are "partially received due to a multitude of issues that can occur from the sending side and with our new enhancements we can now automatically "recover" these incomplete faxes so that you can review what was received.

Additionally, we have added new customer e-mail notifications so that we can now update you if a caller to your fax number does not send any fax at all. In these notifications we always include the number of the caller (when available) so if needed you can contact them and ask them to re-send.

*Currently up to 100 faxes may be stored at any time on your Callcentric account.


Customer Advisory: We provide "good-faith" support for inbound and outbound faxing and the large majority of our customers have reported exemplary results using us as their primary fax solution.

However, due to intangibles related to the public internet which we do not have direct control over on the provider side; we cannot guarantee 100% success on ALL faxes.
