||Connect your Snom phone's network Ethernet port to your router or hub/switch.
Plug the supplied power cable into the phone.|
||Wait until the phone finishes booting; at which point you should see the date
and time on the display.|
||Push the LEFT arrow on your phone's keypad until
you see the "Information" menu. Press the soft button below
IPAdr which is shown on the display|
||You will now see on the display the IP address of the phone, as shown below.
Write down the IP address shown on your phone.|
||Open a web browser on your computer such as Internet Explorer and enter the
IP address shown on your phone in step 4 as the address (I.E. where you
would normally enter www.yahoo.com).|
||You should now see a page that looks like the image below. Click on the
Line 1 option under "Setup" in the menu on the left side of the page.|
||On the "Line 1" page configure the settings at the top of the page as follows.

|Displayname:||Enter your name in this field|
|Account:||This is either the default extension 1777MYCCID OR 1777MYCCIDEXT, where 1777MYCCID is the 1777 number assigned to you by Callcentric and EXT is the three digit extension you are trying to register this UA to.
For example: 17770001234101 would register to extension 101 on account 17770001234.
You cannot register to your account using only the extension number.
|Password:||Enter your extension SIP Password here. Your extension SIP password is the password you created for the extension you are trying to use. You may edit the SIP password you wish to use in by logging into your My Callcentric account and clicking on the Extension menu link and then modifying the appropriate extension.|
|Registrar:||Enter callcentric.com in this field|
|Outbound Proxy:||Enter callcentric.com in this field|
||After you have configured all settings on the "Line 1" page. Click the
Save button at the bottom of the page.|
||Wait 20 seconds before continuing.|
||At this point your Snom phone should be registered with Callcentric's servers.
You can verify your registration by clicking on the Line 1 menu item until
you see "Ok" written next to "Status:" as shown below:|

If you do not see the Status as "Ok" wait 60 seconds and click the
Line 1 menu again. If at this point you still do not see "Ok"
next to status verify all settings entered in step 6 are correct, and that your internet connection is
currently up and running. If after verifying all settings and your internet connection you are still having
problems registering your phone, you should reset your Snom phone to its factory default configuration by
going to the Advanced menu and clicking the Reset
button on the bottom of the page; at this point you will need to start the configuration of your phone
over from Step 1.
||That's it! You can now make a phone call.|
You can make a test call to 17771234567, or if you are signed up for one of Callcentric's rate plans you
can place a call to a traditional landline or mobile phone by dialing either:
1 + the area code and number for calls to the US
011 + the country code, area code, and number for calls worldwide
(you may also use 00 instead of 011).
