Configuring the UCM6102
These instructions are based on Grandstream UCM6102 firmware revision 1.0.14.23. If you are running a different firmware version (or a different model of the UCM61xx series of products), some of the menus/settings may be different.

In this guide we will go through configuring the UCM6102 through the web interface to properly route both incoming and outgoing calls to/from your Callcentric account.

We recommend that you read each step through in its entirety before performing the action(s) indicated within the step.
STEP 1 Adding an extension
Login to the UCM6102 administrative interface and click on the PBX option that is located on the top menu bar. From there, locate the heading Basic/Call Routes which is located on the side menu and click on Extensions.

Click the Add button located at the top of the Manage Extensions page.

On the Create New Extension page, enter the following:
- Your Extension Type (for this option, we've selected SIP Extension)
- Extension Number
- Extension Name
- Password

*You're free to modify the other settings on this page, however please note that the settings we provide in this guide have been tested/confirmed to work properly.

Once you've entered your credentials for this extension, click the Save button to continue. Then click on the blue button labeled Apply Config at the top of the screen to apply the changes you've just made.

STEP 2 Adding a VoIP Trunk
Next we will define a new SIP trunk on your PBX. To proceed, select VoIP Trunks on the menu bar on the left side of the screen and select Create New SIP Trunk. In doing so, a Create New SIP Trunk pop-up window should appear.

Once the Create New SIP Trunk pop-up window loads, locate the option Type and select Register SIP Trunk from the drop down menu. As indicated in the screenshot below, please specify the following information:

You may edit the SIP password you wish to use in by logging into your My Callcentric account and clicking on the Extension menu link and then modifying the appropriate extension.
