If you have experience configuring SIP soft/hard phones (user agents) and have a device that is not specifically listed, you can use the settings below to help you configure your device.

If your user agent is already listed on the Support page, we recommend you follow the settings for your specific user agent.

CONFIGURING GENERIC / OTHER DEVICE
The following settings are needed to register your SIP user agent and to place calls. Multiple common names are listed for each setting. Some user agents may not have all of the options listed below.

PLACING A TEST CALL
You can make a test call to 17771234567, or if you are signed up for one of Callcentric's rate plans you can place a call to a traditional landline or mobile phone by dialing either:
1 + the area code and number for calls to the US
Or
011 + the country code, area code, and number for calls worldwide (you may also use 00 instead of 011).
