Deleting Callcentric Cookies in Firefox (Windows) |
| 1 | Please start Firefox and click on the "Tools" button on the top right hand side of the window. From there, select "Options...".

| 2 | You should be presented with the following dialog window: From this window, choose "Privacy" and click on the "Show Cookies..." button. |
| 3 | In the opened window type word callcentric in the "Search" field:

| 4 | Select everything from the search result and click "Remove Cookies" button: Now you can close this window. |
