With your own personalized voice mail box people calling you will be prompted to leave a message
either with a default greeting, or your own personalized greeting if you do not answer the phone, or
your internet connection is down. You control your greeting, how long your phone should ring before calls
go to voice mail, and whether you want to receive e-mail alerts of all voice mails.
E-mail alerts of voice mail can be turned off, on with only information, or on with an MP3 file
attachment of the message recording. E-mail alerts can be sent to your standard e-mail address, or to
a specific address (such as a pager or cell phone) just for voice mail alerts.
You may also listen to your voice mail messages by clicking on the icon next to them within the
My Callcentric page.
You will also receive a message waiting indicator (MWI) such as a flashing light and/or stutter
dial tone on your phone; if your telephone adapter or software supports it.
