With Callcentric's FREE Fax Reception feature you can receive faxes on any phone number you purchase from Callcentric. Our Inbound Fax Reception Feature is geared for customers who are looking to receive faxes to their Callcentric DIDs without interfacing SIP Compatible Hardware with our service to do so.

Received faxes can be viewed online in Adobe Acrobat PDF format within your Callcentric account, and/or emailed to you when received.

Fax reception can be enabled for as many phone numbers as you like on your account; and can be enabled/disabled temporarily or permanently using either our Call Treatments or DID Forwarding features for full flexibility.

Up to 100 faxes may be stored at a time on your Callcentric account.

Customer Advisory: We provide "good-faith" support for inbound and outbound faxing and the large majority of our customers have reported exemplary results using us as their primary fax solution.

However, due to intangibles related to the public internet which we do not have direct control over on the provider side; we cannot guarantee 100% success on ALL faxes.
