With anonymous call rejection enabled you can decide to immediately send incoming calls with "Anonymous"
Caller ID to either an error message saying you do not accept anonymous calls, or directly to your voice mail box;
with either choice your phone will not ring for incoming calls that are marked as "Anonymous".
