I am having trouble receiving / making calls with the Virbiage Soft Phone (Firefly 3rd party), are there any known problems?
Yes. If you are having problems with the Virbiage Soft Phone (Firefly 3rd party) please change the following setting:

Click the MENU button and select OPTIONS. Within the OPTIONS screen select the SIP section and change RE-REGISTER interval to 30 seconds.
