| I am having trouble receiving / making calls with the Virbiage Soft Phone (Firefly 3rd party), are there any known problems? |

Yes. If you are having problems with the Virbiage Soft Phone (Firefly 3rd party) please change the following setting:
Click the MENU button and select OPTIONS. Within the OPTIONS screen select the SIP section and change RE-REGISTER interval to 30 seconds. |
