What is a channel?

Each of our phone number products includes a specific number of channels; and some products offer the ability to add additional channels.

A channel indicates the number of simultaneous inbound calls you can receive on a phone number at one time. So if your phone number includes 2 channels then you are able to receive 2 inbound calls at the same time.
